Loews Theatre - Jersey City, NJ

The whole day was a whirlwind for Wycliffe and I, but our friends won't stop raving about the food and of course the venue. Much to my husband's delight, the third bit that people keep talking about was our first dance and the amazing cake, which you made happen. So thank you, thank you, thank you for making our day extra memorable and wonderful. Later in the evening after dinner was over, my grade school alumni and I lined up behind the head table to take a picture for our alumni newsletter. I noticed where other table settings were cleared and set up for coffee, our hardly-touched dinners still waiting for us. We had asked one of your staff not to clear our plates and there they waited! Your staff's attention to detail was remarkable and ensured that Wycliffe and I always had whatever we needed until the very end of the night. In my mind, caterers usually only provide the food and the libations, but during our planning meetings where we found we were at times in need of direction, you took on the role of wedding coordinator as well by throwing out ideas that we hadn't contemplated. On the big day, you made sure the general timeline was kept. Thank you so very much. We hope that others would be as fortunate to retain your services. We felt the love you had for the venue and there is no doubt in my mind that Wycliffe and I were the beneficiaries of it. All the best in your future endeavors!

I needed to write to tell you how magical my daughter’s wedding turned out.  She is our only daughter so this was a once in a lifetime event for us.  With all the money, time, and effort one puts into a wedding, there is no second chance to make it right, which is why I am pleased to relate to you that the wedding was a smash hit!  Everyone who attended this affair gave rave reviews, including those who are not very outspoken normally about these matters. Our close family friend who had organized her own daughter’s wedding earlier this year, called to tell us that this was truly a fairy-tale wedding with exceptional attention to detail.  The groom’s mother claimed it was the “eighth wonder of the world” while also stating she enjoyed “The mansion, the food, music and classy white glove service.” And those are just a few of the compliments that we received for every aspect of the affair: the food, the ambiance, the service, the acoustics and the courteous manner of the staff.  As for my wife and I, we truly appreciate all of the effort you and your staff put into this most special event for the Morris and Walsh families.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to you both, and the staff for a wedding that could not be improved upon, and that Nitsa and Joe will always cherish.  From my previous work with you at The Villa events, I knew the level of service and care that you provide is always a cut above most others, but even I was impressed with what was done at our daughter’s wedding.  The cocktail and buffet spread was way beyond my expectations with four separate and unique stations.  The main courses were outstanding, and the service was impeccable.  All of this, framed by historic Skylands architecture created the most perfect wedding event imaginable.  Every guest I spoke with was highly impressed, and most stated that this was, by far the best wedding they had ever attended.

I had my wedding at The Skylands Manor, in Ringwood, NJ in December and my husband and I absolutely LOVED it!  The food was beyond delicious, the service was phenomenal, and the facilities are breathtakingly beautiful.  All of my guests were raving about it for weeks after!  Both of my parents as well as my husband’s parents were beyond satisfied with the overall experience as well.  We had a budget like most weddings and Linda, who works for Skylands, was so helpful in helping us figure out the perfect reception.  During my whole engagement and the day of my wedding, Linda and Frungillo Caterers were there to help me with all of my needs and were very accommodating to make my dream wedding come true.  I could not have asked for a better day.  I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends!  THANK YOU!

We had our wedding at the Castle at Skylands Manor on May 3rd. All I can say is LINDA LINDA LINDA! From the moment we began working with her, she was helpful, friendly, informative, flexible and so on. The day of the wedding it rained (the ceremony and guests were already set up outside) and she had everyone in and seated downstairs (plan B) in no time. She was extremely attentive to me the entire day/evening. I really couldn't have asked for a better or nicer person to work with. It really made the day that much better. As for the actual venue, it was breathtaking and magical and every bit of what I dreamed my wedding would be. The food was beyond excellent. Guests are telling me that our wedding was the BEST (food, venue, service, etc.) they've been too in a long time. Thank you Linda Pergola and Frungillo Caterers, I truly had the exact fairytale wedding I wanted :)
