Frungillo Caterers and especially Linda at Skylands Manor were perfect to work with. Our wedding was more than we could ask for. Linda was super flexible and overly accommodating and kind to us. Naturally, we were stressing and worried about the food for our guests! I cannot tell you how many compliments and ravings we got about the food on our wedding day! There was more than enough food for everyone and our specialty cocktails were yummy delicious perfection! Linda, thank you so much - you worked so hard on our wedding day we can't express how much we appreciate you. You weren't just the lady who booked our wedding and wrote our contract - you acted as our wedding planner and personal waiter on our big day. You created such a stress-free, with ease and relaxation wedding day for us. THANK YOU!!!!! xoxoxo Nadine, Chris (and parents!)

John and the staff at Frungillo Caterers were amazing. Throughout the planning process John made us feel so comfortable, because he is so knowledgeable about events and is incredibly organized. The staff the day of the wedding worked very hard and were warm and friendly. They fit right in with our atmosphere. They were incredibly professional but not cold. You could tell they have all been doing this for a long time. Our maître d' was organized and cheerful. He walked us through the entire event. On top of everything else, the food was amazing!!! Our guests have been raving about everything from the appetizers and meal to the cake. We chose the cocktail reception and it worked out perfectly. I cannot say enough how great our experience with Frungillo was. Thank you everyone for helping to make our day unforgettable!

One of the best things about being a wedding photographer from Philadelphia is that Philadelphia is located close to so many great wedding venues.  I often get to shoot weddings in New Jersey, Delaware, and New York and the fact that these locations are so close by gives me the opportunity to regularly shoot every kind of wedding: from the elegant, urban weddings at the city’s trendiest venues to the rural, picturesque weddings at quaint locations in the country side.  This past weekend I had the pleasure of shooting the latter, a beautiful rustic wedding held at The Inn at Millrace Pond located in Hope, NJ.  The couple, Kirstin and Steve were awesome and so were the tiny details they incorporated into their big day: the mason jars filled with wildflowers lining the aisle, the bridesmaids’ red dresses paired with brown leather boots, not to mention the lemonade and iced tea refreshments, all perfectly complemented the old stone and woodsy feeling at the Inn.

Our daughter's wedding was held at The Oakeside Mansion. We had many friends and family fly up for the wedding and we were concerned about what the service, the food, and the presentation would be like since we were going only on the written reviews.  We were pleasantly surprised. The wedding reception was a major success. Our guests raved about the entire evening. We had an 1 1/2 hr. happy hour. The stations were set up in the home and on the wrap around porch. What an impressive display! All the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The dinner was also excellent. The Chilean Sea Bass was generous and well prepared. The Filet was tender and ample.

We went to the mansion earlier the day of the wedding. The staff was setting up the tables and was prepping in the kitchen and around the mansion, as to my daughter's previous directions. They followed her plan, but I noticed the floors in the dining room needed to be swept more thoroughly. I asked for a broom and swept the floor. I also had the staff re-clean all the glasses and dinner plates. The staff very graciously did as I asked, but if I had not come earlier, the issues I mentioned would not have been addressed.

When there is a function the previous day, better cleaning needs to be done. They need an industrial broom and a leaf blower to do a more thorough job of cleaning up the grounds and floors.

I also checked the dinner chairs. I borrowed scissors and cut many stray threads hanging from the seats and found a broken seat which was quickly replaced. The same goes for the chairs used for a garden wedding ceremony, some are in bad shape.

The last minute we found a trellis placed where the ceremony was to be held, but if we had known ahead of time that a trellis would be provided, we would not have had to pay for an alternate from the florist. That is where communication prior to the wedding is crucial.

The staff was terrific during the reception and happily catered to our requests. We were given all the leftovers wrapped and ready to take home.

I would recommend Frungillo Caterers. Our guests are still talking about the food and the presentation. My daughter did not have a wedding planner, but she worked closely with her vendors and her wedding and theme were carried out as near to perfect as one could hope to have for her special day.
